JSUMOTO new Degas (Coolant Overflow) Bottle is made of 6061 aircraft grade aluminum, which is TIG welded and pressure tested for maximum strength. This fabrication method makes JISUMOTO tanks significantly stronger than other OEM & aftermarket tanks, which are made of two molded plastic pieces and could be damaged by the high stress in the radiator. In addition, aluminum dissipates heat in the coolant system, improving performance and longevity.
JISUMOTO cooling systems & radiators are manufactured at their ISO certified manufacturing facility and are made to the highest standard paired with supreme quality and workmanship.
The highest aluminum grade available is used in manufacturing processes. The Each radiator is specially designed to fit each application and will allow OEM and aftermarket fan. Super lightweight design help reduces the weight compared to the OEM radiator and helps eliminate plastic end tanks that will eventually leak.
